Purpose of Job

The purpose of this role is to provide data and analytical support to clinical and operational teams at national, state and field levels. The individual in this role is responsible to interact with internal and external stakeholders at various levels ensuring timely data collation, compilation and sharing feedback on regular basis. S/he will provide data and analytical support to innovation and research teams in designing new programs and interventions based on health needs of the population. S/he is expected to work closely with the supervisor and be able to deliver assigned task ensuring high quality and under short deadlines.

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

1. Travel to the delivery points of the existing service lines to understand the data collection methods and to provide guidance to collect data scientifically

2. Compile, collate and regularly review programme data for further analysis and feedback.

3. Develop tools, assist teams in field data collection, and prepare analytical plans/reports

4. Actively support in conducting literature reviews, documentation, writing reports and preparation of ethics approval submissions

5. The document, maintain and archive best practices/innovations in primary healthcare service delivery in India and worldwide

6. Assist supervisor in preparing conference presentations and research reports/papers

7. Perform any other task as assigned by supervisor to achieve key result areas

Essential Qualifications :

- Masters level qualification in Biostatistics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Operational Research, Health Management, Business Analytics/Management

- Ability to understand the practical application of new evidence generated through programmatic interventions

Essential Experience :

- Candidates must have 4-7 years of experience working in Indian healthcare settings. Data management, analytics, and research writing skills are highly preferred.

Essential Skills -:

- Ability to analyze data sets using statistical software packages;

- Ability to synthesize clear information from multiple primary and secondary data sources;

- Familiarity with operational and applied research, tool development, survey methodology and contributes writing research papers;

- Ability to understand the practical application of new evidence generated through programmatic interventions
