Salary Offered: 7 - 8 LPA  - Perform stakeholder analysis, identify training needs, develop learning calendar and work with the central L&D team to bridge the gaps  - Responsible for Employee Learning and Development Activities (Onboarding and Induction, Skill Based and Personality Development Trainings)  - Develop and deliver learning courses as per business requirement.  - Assess relevant training needs for staff individuals and organization, in consultation with the departmental heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems.  - Identify, select and manage external training firms, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards.   - Organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required, to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.  - Overall responsible for Talent Management activities such as - Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition, Various Welfare Activities and deployment of Change Management Initiatives  - Co-ordinate in identifying training needs at site and facilitate a highly skilled/knowledgeable workforce.  - Review Training related SOPs as and when required.  - Monthly reporting of training man-days completed.  - Prepare and communicate Training Calendar in line with the needs identified and the overall training objectives.
