Purpose / Key roles and responsibilities :

- Underwriting and evaluation of real estate investment opportunities

- Developing financial models as a tool to assessing the investment opportunities

- Collating and evaluating industry comparable, market intelligence, key demand factors in macro /micro market analysis

- Preparing and review of financial model, Investment Committee presentations & notes, deviation notes etc. (Must be good in Excel, Power point and Word)

- Coordinating and liaise for complying pre-disbursement and post documentation conditions

- Post disbursement- MIS collation, comparing actual Vs business plans, NOC monitoring and highlighting the deviations from covenants.

Skills Required :

- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal & presentation skills

- Access and understand wider business information such as market trends, relevant economic data and political events. Understand the impact of various macro and micro economic variables on the industry

- Develop an understanding for the multiple products which the firm invests in and the nuances involved in each product category investment

- Examining and interpreting data from different sources and understanding the impact this will have for investment decision making.

- Ability to be a self-starter

- Maintain healthy relationships with developers, intermediaries and internal stakeholders to achieve business goals.
