Job Description - Key Roles/Responsibilities:
- To maintain strong relationships with banks/NBFCs at all levels
- To give feedback on terms of underwriting as well as market appetite for the proposed exposure
- To prepare information memorandum and financial model for facilitating the syndication/selldown
- To work end to end on execution of syndication/selldown, including working with the deal teams of various banks/NBFCs to get the proposal processed for approval, satisfy the pre-disbursement conditions for disbursement and close the documentation for the same.
