Description :

- Enhancement and Management of SAP environment (ECC, BW, DMS, Net weaver 7.4, PO, Web dispatcher, Solution Manager 7.2 and S4HANA) based on Oracle, HANA and Sybase databases.

- Good knowledge and understanding of OS / DB Migration.

- Good knowledge and understanding of SAP sizing.

- Must possess the ability to analyze technical issues and provide solutions.

- Supervisory or management experience is must.

- Excellent team management.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Proficient in Stakeholder management.

- Vendor Management.

- Good knowledge and understanding of UNIX and Windows operating systems

- Perform periodic quality system refreshes of ECC, BW and S4HANA.

- Perform periodic disaster recovery drills.

- Identify the training needs of the team and performance management of the team.

- Periodic SAP User license review.

- Satisfy internal and external audit requirements.

- Follow the rules and guidelines laid down in the SOP's and update the SOP's periodically.

- ITIL V3 certified.

- SAP Basis Technical certification is preferred.

- Good knowledge and understanding of Incident, Change and Problem management.

- Ensure all support SLA's are met.

- Willingness to support systems on weekends and holidays for planned/unplanned activities.

Qualifications : BE or Graduate with SAP Basis Technical certification is preferred
