Job Description - SCOPE OF THE ROLE

Responsible for managing salesforce for all business segments within PPS

KEY STAKEHOLDERS: INTERNAL

Business Development Team, Finance Team, Senior Leadership,

KEY STAKEHOLDERS: EXTERNAL

REPORTING STRUCTURE:

Reports to Chief Manager and Head of Strategic Marketing

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- 5-6 years of experience in Salesforce deployment and administration

- Expert knowledge of salesforce.com platform features and functionality with demonstrated experience in utilization of new features from salesforce.com

- Problem-solving skills

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong command in analytics

- Ability to establish and maintain key relationships with external and internal business leaders

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Manage Salesforce delivery for CDMO business and deploy new instances for other segments within Piramal Pharma Solutions

- Provide BAU administration and support to the global user-base

- Ensuring all change is managed according to governance, change control processes and best practice. In partnership with the IT team, conduct impact assessment of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes.

- Stay updated with new Salesforce releases and functionality, continuously improve existing processes and implement new solutions.

- Support the continuous development of Salesforce to ensure it remains aligned to the evolving needs of the business

- Lead and educate a community of Salesforce champions across departments to improve the usage and adoption of salesforce functionality

Bachelor's degree in a scientific subject. MBA in Marketing
