Job Description:
- Site coordinator / expert on the Lean Sigma & TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology. This individual helps lead the change process by working closely with the site leadership team in their journey of shop floor transformation.
- Lead & drive improvement projects. Demonstrating Lean Six Sigma/TPM tools for setting improvement plans.
- Actively support the teams in the TPM/ WCM activities on the shop floor. Lead the Promotion Campaign, coach leaders & team members for Op. Excellence in the factory. Assessment of the implementation progress.
- Conduct/ coordinate training at all levels.
- Develop & implement maintenance systems & processes at site. Motivate and empower people through positive attitude and stimulate change in traditional mind set.
- Communicate TPM/ WCM activities and results. Ensure that TPM/ WCM work is impacting both results and the culture change towards the vision as determined by the plant. Provide feedback on progress of progress to steering committee.
Desired Competencies: Lean Six Sigma expertise, Project Management, Developing Teams, Global Mindset, Result oriented, strong communication skills
Experience : 6 to 10 years of industry experience in Pharma/ Chemical/ Refinery/ FMCG preferably in WCM/ Business Excellence/ TPM function.
Hands on experience in leading & implementing Lean Six Sigma/ TPM at factory level. Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma course is desirable.
Essential Qualifications: B.E. (Chemical) from premier institute. Master degree (MBA/MS) will be an added advantage.
