Key responsibilities:
- The candidate should have experience in structuring the deal, drafting, negotiating and finalising debt instruments, LAP, LAS, LRD transactions.
- The candidate should have a strong understanding of contract laws, interpretation of statute, security related laws and processes, NBFC and banking regulations, SARFAESI, Companies Act and IBC.
- The role will require coordination with borrowers and internal/external teams for the purpose of finalising the deals.
- The role will involve assisting the reporting manager on various on-going issues and provide relevant regulatory updates from time to time.
- The role will involve document handling, managing MIS etc
- The candidate will need to have proficient communication skills.
- The candidate should have the ability to work under high pressure situations and run with multiple transactions together.
