Purpose of Job

To manage the IT Infrastructure needs for all requirements pertaining to wholesale business line of PCHF Financial Services

Essential Qualifications

Engineer / Graduate with technology specialization / Post graduation in Systems / IT Infrastructure Operations or equivalent


Essential Experience


- Minimum 8-12 Years of IT Infrastructure experience


- Candidate needs to be completely hands-on in end user computing, server & networking across different levels of organizations including DC & Branches setup.

- Experience working with Linux and Windows servers, VMWare, Active Directory and SharePoint is preferred. certifications will be added advantage.

- Knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, VLANS, Ethernet, SONET, switching, routing and routing protocols (BGP/OSPF), 802.1Q, and DNS.

- Knowledge of IT concepts and basic operating principles of voice & data communications and troubleshooting information systems hardware and software.

- Hands-on with Linux environment, Virtualization, EMC and/or NetApp Enterprise-level SANs,

- Worked on infrastructure optimizations, cloud setups, infrastructure as a service and platform as a service, hand-on with FMS outsourcing to optimize usage of infrastructure across a pan India distribution network

- Ability to gather and analyze facts, draw conclusions, define problems, and suggest solutions.

- Ability to communicate effectively: build consensus, facilitate working sessions, and negotiate solutions and alternatives.

- Ability to conduct training and informational sessions.

Job Responsibilities:

- Deploy, Administer & Manage Linux Servers & related infrastructure

- Perform a wide range activities including installations, debugging, maintenance, upgrades, and general support for servers HP\Dell\IBM.


- Tracking server and network activity, performing upgrade of software and hardware, Addressing technical problems


- Ensure redundancy and stability for all critical systems, ensure data protection and recoverability for all supported systems.


- Proactive monitoring of all servers & network devices, services, and servers using a combination of tools to ensure high availability and SLA's.


- Escalate/communicate issues and concerns as necessary.


- Execute and manage deliverables pertaining to IT System audit & compliance


- Hands -on with Azure and/or AWS cloud infrastructure & managing PaaS and IaaS offerings


- Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing conditions and priorities, and to redirect teams toward new objectives.


- Liaise with user or IT Team to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.


- Hands-on with AV/ATP solutions, Information Security operational aspects, MIS & reporting, Incident Management


- Overseeing end-to-end PAN India branch setups
