JOB OVERVIEW: The incumbent would handle specific NPD/ Manthan projects of the GM's portfolio REPORTING STRUCTURE: General Manager Marketing QUALIFICATION: MBA in Sales/Marketing EXPERIENCE: - 2 to 5 years of total work experience in marketing from OTC/ FMCG sector OR - Analytical skills - Leadership and planning ability - Communication and presentation skills Role of the Innovation manager: - Timely launch and execution of the NPD projects assigned to him - Work on stage gate process for a successful launch of the product - Keep regular track of CFT projects assigned to him/her - Collaborate with brand managers and CFT team members New Product Development: Assist on assigned NPD projects and own the new product development cycle Execution excellence to deliver the NPD on time Marketing Plans: - Formulate marketing plans in line with the Brand strategy. Monitor Brand health, new launch performance in line with agreed Sales + Marketing plan. - Execute the brand marketing plans in line with business requirements Agency Management: - Liaise with multiple agency partners including Creative, Digital, Media, Design, Research to help conceptualize and initiate projects. - Initiates relevant briefs to the creative & media agencies for creation & execution of brand communication, packaging design, content design as per agreed brand guidelines. Go to Market: Help execute the GTM strategy covering all Ps for all new launches
