Piramal - Manager - Information Technology - Pharmacovigilance/R&D Domain

- Play role of Business Relation Manager (Business Analyst / Project Manager) with Internal as well as External stakeholders for the below points : a. Business Requirements b. Software / Hardware, c. Budgets, d. Business Process Management, e. Vendor Management f. Software selection g. Vendor selection h. Computer System Validation ie. Support related to these applications.

- Liaison with Corporate and Site Quality teams for Business Requirements / Testing / Validation Scripts (IQ / OQ / PQ)

- Manage (Configuration / Test / Roll Out / Support) Quality Management Systems such as Trackwise - Deviations / Incidents / CAPA / Change Control EHS etc. through in-house or outsourced vendors

- Understand and Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

- Understand business domain and provide end to end solution

- Manage projects related to Plants / Laboratories i.e. e-Batch Record, LIMS, e-Laboratory Notebook (eLN) etc.

- Manage projects related to PharmacoVigilance and R&D

- Translating business requirements into IT specifications, identify gaps in business process (if any) and identify automation opportunities

- Provide technology solutions - "Suggest efficient model" - for business requirements

- Understand Project end to end methodology

- Provide application training to the functions

- Learning Management System knowledge and its integration with Quality Management Systems e.g. Trackwise / Ensure etc. will be desirable

- Experience of working in Manufacturing / Life science environment is desirable

Project Management -

- Regular Governance / Status Reports with Corporate and Site Quality Heads

- Project Planning and monitoring the progress

- Escalation (if required), Communication of Milestones / Achievements / Dependencies

Soft Skills -

- Excellent Written and verbal communication

- Good Technical writing skills

- Business case development

- Excellent People management skills

- Team Player

- Bachelors in Engineering preferred, Post-Graduation desirable

- Experience - Minimum 7-10 Years of IT / with at least 5+ years of relevant Domain Experience
