Job Description - Location: Lower Parel

Purpose of the Job : To take care of project accounts, Compliances, Payments, Internal/Statutory audits, Independently handling one or more project companies.

Job Description:

- Independently handle 1 company / Project and ensure Accounting Operations, Banking and Cash Flow Management

- Responsible for accounting of the entity in which the project is housed, including interaction with statutory, tax and internal auditors

- Preparation of quarterly and Annual Statutory audit financials

- Perform proper month close activities and circulate monthly MIS pack and schedules

- Review of all contract and ensure compliance of terms & conditions. Responsible for making project payments to contractors and suppliers, ensuring that they are paid on time and as per the agreements in place.

- Ensuring budgetary control and adherence to the processes laid down

- Serve as an advisor to the project team on accounting and taxation matters (with guidance from his seniors)

- Responsible for ensuring statutory compliances with respect to TDS, GST payments in his area of work - with respect to payment of the taxes as per due date and filing of returns/forms and assessment.

- Proving timely information to management

- Effective review and supervision of all routine activities done by Project Accountant

- As the work is being done in SAP, prior experience in working on SAP would be an advantage.

Experience: 3-6 years of experience in real estate
