Job Description - Essential Experience:

- 6-8 Years of prior experience in Regulatory Compliances for NHB



- Good understanding of AML/KYC Regulations




- Prior experience of handling onsite inspection (Regulatory & Non Regulatory).




- Prior experience on Regulatory communication & compliance monitoring.




- Review policies and process notes




- Prepare checklist and FAQs for various business groups.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Filing of returns & reports with Regulators




- Conducting due diligence (AML checks & risk categorization) on the borrower, its beneficial owners, guarantors and other parties to the transaction




- Drafting Policies




- Compilation of compliance findings/ audit findings and follow up for audit observations closure




- Tracking implementation progress of action plans of remediation actions/ process improvement/potential

issues in the processes.




- Coordinating with the departments for the information pertaining to loan transactions




- Maintaining records/ documents pertaining to correspondences with regulators

Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/CA with CS / LLB
