Essential Qualifications: Education – B Com or M Com with CS/ Legal

Essential Skills & Experience :

- 8-10 years in Regulatory Compliances of NBFC or HFC

- Experience of handling regulatory audit of HFC/NBFC conducted by RBI or NHB

- Expertise knowledge of various returns, reporting to NHB/RBI, vetting and finalization of the same

- Expertise knowledge of NHB Regulations/RBI

- Experience of conducting due diligences on customers and setting up of AML/KYC processes

- Formalization and review of Policies

- Prior experience of streamlining internal controls and process

- Good understanding of Financials

- Good communication skills in English

- Proficient in MS Office and excellent command over MS Excel/PPT
