Job Description - Purpose / Key roles and responsibilities:

Credit Review:

- Analyzing the business and financials of the investee companies/ SPVs

- Reviewing the financial model of each transaction along with the key drivers of the business

- Tracking and monitoring of the key financial/ operating parameters of investee companies

- Tracking specific sector/industry within the portfolio for peer comparison

- Assess the impact of regulatory changes/announcements on investee companies

- Keeping tab on credit rating actions/ SMA classification etc. of the investee companies

- Analyzing the cash flows through escrow accounts

Relationship Management:

- Closely working with the Investment team for portfolio management

- Ongoing engagement with key stakeholders within investee companies

- Regular site visits to understand the plant operations/ monitor the progress of under construction projects

Others:

- Highlight early warning signals by analyzing the operating and financial parameters of the company

- Portfolio Review presentation to senior management
