Key Roles/Responsibilities:
- Attracting & retaining top-quality investors through preparing for roadshows, investor conferences, and various other events
- Managing and working towards improving the quality of investor communication through website, presentations etc.
- Creating high-quality Annual Report for the company
- Preparing quarterly/annual earnings press releases, result presentations, and investor presentations.
- Conducting conference calls, investor/analyst meets, one-on-one and group meetings and communicating the key feedback to the management
- Preparing Talk Tracks, Q&A documents, etc. for Top Management
- Benchmarking best-in-class annual reports across the world and creatively thinking of new and innovative ideas
- Benchmarking Investor Relations practices with various top global companies and help the team incorporating the same
- Effectively responding to Investor/Analyst concerns. Developing communication to proactively address investor /analyst requirements.
- Develop financial models and perform various competitive analyses and benchmarking of the company relative to Indian and global peers.
- Independently tracking industry as well as peer performances and carrying out detailed sector research for Top Management.
- Providing feedback to management regarding the investment community's perception of how the company is being managed, and their view of its financial results etc.
- Present the views of the investor community to the top management team and assist in the development of corporate strategy
- Carrying out detailed shareholding analysis for the top management team.
Qualifications
Master's Degree / CA
