Piramal - Lead - Digital Marketing (8-12 yrs)
Key Accountabilities:
- Define strategy and execution of all major corporate marketing efforts, including: brand marketing, B2B demand generation, corporate communications, and social marketing.
- Work closely with business teams to develop strategy and Piramal brand.
- Proactively collaborate across all marketing & communications teams to achieve strategic goals. This includes partnering with multiple business, Foundation, HR, Finance, IT.
- Develop and implement social media/activity to improve website and community experience.
- Manage operations in alignment with larger group ethos.
- Develop ROI-based, measurable marketing programs & campaigns that align to business priorities; integrate across relevant touch points and deliver predictable outcomes.
- Identify trends and leverage insights, and optimize spends and performance.
- Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end consumer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Manage agencies and other vendors/partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and social media platforms to enhance impact and thought leadership.
Job-specific Skills/Complexity:
Experience in SEO, Digital marketing, and social media (B2B and B2C) e-commerce marketing campaigns an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, tools, analytics, trends, strategy and best practice.
- Organization, Planning Skills & Negotiation Skills
- Excellent in multitasking
