BUSINESS: Piramal Consumer Products Division DEPARTMENT: Sales LOCATION: Can be based in Mumbai / Bangalore Pan India Coverage JOB OVERVIEW: The incumbent will be responsible for setting-up and building our go to market model for the supermarket channel including cross functional coordination with marketing teams, supply chain teams, finance teams, Sales Development teams PAN India. The responsibility includes designing and developing channel related promotions, Promoters Model and building a roadmap for future growth from the channel KEY STAKEHOLDERS: INTERNAL Sales Development Team, Marketing team, Supply Chain team, Finance Team, Sales Training KEY STAKEHOLDERS: EXTERNAL Retail outlets, Distributors, CFAs REPORTING STRUCTURE: Will report to National Sales Manager Will work as an Individual Contributor QUALIFICATION: Full time MBA EXPERIENCE: - Minimum 6 year to 10 year selling experience in FMCG Industry - Must have extensive sales experience and experience in managing a sales force Skills : - People Management - Strong Interpersonal skills - Negotiation skills - Problem Solving skills - Basic excel Skills Key Roles/Responsibilities: - Drive Business Strategy and Processes - Build & Develop systems, process & way of working for the GT supermarket channel. - Design & develop consumer promotions for the channel - Lead the listing with supermarket chains in coordination with all India Sales team - Coordinate with marketing team for new product listing - Develop & track solutions for marketing inputs - Design & implement visibility solutions for the channel - Develop agency network for making the channel future ready - Coordination with supply chain & finance teams for development of systems and process for the channel - Coordinate with zonal sales team for KPI & performance delivery. - Responsible for feeding timely feedback to management on the market response to the brands, schemes, competition - Focus on Key Consumer Brands and grow them in the super market channel / stand alone stores in top 10-12 cities across India - Work closely on margins
