Essential Qualifications :

- Any post graduate

- Any B Tech/M Tech

Essential Skills & Experience :

- 15-18 years of experience in managing multiple streams of projects cutting across proprietary, open source and cloud based technologies

- Program Manager who has managed technical implementations across enterprises, fintechs, to drive roadmap planning and a portfolio of projects within HFC Technology team

- This person will demonstrate solid leadership in leading teams and programs to deliver successful outcomes. In addition, this candidate is expected to use best practices for planning, scheduling, monitoring, tracking, and execution of critical and highly cross-functional projects

- To guide, manage, develop and engage the team for enhanced productivity and building capability. To leverage practice propositions and initiatives to add value.

Key Roles/Responsibilities :

- To provide focus and direction to the program delivery for meeting the strategic intent and satisfaction of the stakeholders

- Responsible for the delivery of the overall programs and modules in terms of delivery of the overall solution, managing the schedule and interdependencies across the modules, resourcing, budgeting, alignment, integrations and tie ups with external partners

- Overall Monitoring, RAG status, Risk and Stakeholder management, governance of the programs

- To ensure process improvement & compliance and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents

- Maintenance of program plan, reporting key risks, assumptions and dependencies are managed effectively

- Coach and lead project managers team to inspire the best Project Management services and continuous development delivering on time, within the budget to the agreed scope.

- Own and maintain project management procedures and practices used by the team.

- Manage and develop the team - Liaison with Technology Partners.
