Essential Qualifications : MBA in Finance


Essential Experience :


- We are looking at an incumbent who will cover developer relationships & this will involve both relationship management & sourcing along with prior credit analysis experience as the incumbent will have a shared resource for credit


Job Conditions :


Knowledge: Preferably a good knowledge of the Chennai micro market developers, funds etc


Action: Act swiftly and diligently to internal management requirement and to customer needs


Care: Maintain healthy relationships with subordinates


Key Roles/Responsibilities:


- Strong relationship background having good contacts with leading developers in the Chennai real estate market


- Strong in making Presentation, IC notes, Cash flow Analysis, number crunching, sensitivity analysis


- Identify key inferences and highlighting the same to the management


- Coordinating with other stakeholders like legal, compliance, finance, Audit from time to time for various due diligence, reporting etc


- Keep the management updated about key market drivers, competition etc


- Strong in micro market analysis in terms of demand-supply, price trends, new launches, client preferences etc


- Post Investment monitoring of the sales, price trends, escrow movements etc to ensure and healthy investment and exist from the project


Qualifications: CA first Attempt / Rank holder
