Purpose of Job :

- Market research and micro-market analysis

- Preparing investment presentation and IC notes,

- Financial statement and Balance sheet analysis

- Financial modeling for debt and equity transactions

- Coordinating with various third-party consultants for due diligence,

- Documentation and post-investment monitoring

External :

- Developers

- Third party consultants

- Trustees

Internal :

- Senior Management

Reporting structure :Reports to: Associate Principal/ Investment Manager

Essential Qualifications : CA/ MBA in Finance from a Top B school

Essential Experience :

- Atleast 2 years of experience in market research/ investment banking/ financial services

- Should have worked with leading banks/ NBFCs/ IPCs

Knowledge :

- Proficient with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word

- Skilled in report writing, financial modeling and market research

- Good understanding of private equity real estate market in India

Action :

- Ability to be a self-starter and think strategically

- Strong analytical background with a research bent of mind

Care :

- Maintain healthy relationships with colleagues, Developer's team and third-party consultants, etc.

Key Roles/Responsibilities :

- Deal Analysis: Review of potential deals, micro market, and balance sheet analysis

- Financial modeling: Financial modeling and sensitivity analysis for debt and equity deals

- Deal presentation: Preparing internal presentation and Investment Committee notes

- Coordination: Coordinating with various stakeholders - internal legal and finance team, third-party consultants and Developers' team at various levels

- Deal closing: Help the team in due diligence, documentation, pre, and post-investment compliances,

- Post Investment monitoring of the sales, price trends, escrow movements etc to ensure and healthy investment and exist from the project

Qualification: CA 1st Attempt / Rank Holder
