Purpose of the Job

Incumbent will handle the HRBP role for the South Zone.

S/he will partner with Leadership team & all relevant stakeholders of Piramal Retail Finance, for effectively delivering results through people strategy in all HR domains especially those of Recruitment and compensation, Learning & Organizational Development, Engagement, HR Operations & Talent Management.

Work closely with all key stakeholders to ensure delivery of effective and efficient HR programs that maximize employee satisfaction and performance levels

Business Heads, Zonal Heads, HRBP, Functional Heads, COE Teams, HR Ops, Payroll etc

KEY STAKEHOLDERS: EXTERNAL

REPORTING STRUCTURE:

Reporting to: Head HR - Piramal Retail Finance

QUALIFICATION:

Post Graduation in HR from a reputed institute

EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in handling the generalist role at Financial Services.

- Experience in Banking/NBFC sector & sound industry knowledge

- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders across geographies & seniority levels

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

- Lead, design, develop, pilot and monitor organization-wide processes and initiatives, aimed at building organizational capability and leadership development.

- Implement key business initiatives while ensuring communication and change management principles are taken into consideration

- Partner with senior stakeholders for understanding business short term and long term requirements and creating a roadmap for HR Interventions, so that business requirements are being achieved.

- To develop and action plans, processes and practices to ensure that effective training is provided to all employees, to meet the knowledge and skill requirements of the business.

- To develop and action plans, processes and practices to ensure that all employees are developed to their full potential and that employees' potential is identified and succession plans are in place.

- Carry out benchmark surveys, to ensure that appropriate grading & salary structures are in place to recruit, retain and motivate staff, congruent with the organization's desired culture.

- Carry out benchmark surveys to map HR practices & processes across the industries and interact with senior stakeholders to incorporate those in current HR Systems as per business needs

- To ensure that appropriate vehicles for internal communication are in place and effectively used to communicate with and involve employees at all levels.

- Partner with Senior HR stakeholders to implement organization wide HR change initiatives and partner with Business leaders to drive the same across the organization.

- Investigates and resolves complex Employee Relations issues in an expedient manner

- Mediates and helps facilitate conflict resolution between managers and employees

- Represents Piramal Human Resources in legal issues, for the businesses under purview

- Coaches HR Managers as to the best approach to PIPs, terminations and other ER issues to mitigate company risk

- Provides advice and counsel to managers/employees in adherence with all applicable legal requirements, Company policies and appropriate Human Resources practices
