Reporting to : Executive Director of Annamrita Maharashtra Based at : Trombay, Mumbai Organisation Profile : Annamrita is a non-profit, non-religious, non-sectarian public charitable trust. Formerly known as ISKCON Food Relief Foundation, Annamrita teamed up with the Government of India to help cook and provide mid-day meals to children in municipality and government aided schools. The work is done without any commercial motive and the benefits are available to needy students at large without any discrimination on the grounds of religion, caste, creed or gender. Since the launch of the program in 2004, Annamrita has set up state-of-the-art kitchens and currently caters over 1 million meals to underprivileged children every day from their kitchens in Tardeo, Mira Bhayander, Palghar, Nigdi, Wada, Aurangabad, Gurgaon, Delhi, Faridabad, Kurukshetra, Palwal, Tirupati, Nellore, Rajahmundry, Kadapa, Ranganara Gadda, Jamshedpur, Jaipur and Kolkata. The purpose of implementing this scheme is to support the Government in increasing the enrollment rate in schools, reducing the dropout rate and improving attendance. However, as these are the formative years for the future adult, our nutritious plant-based meals are of prime importance. Job Profile : This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for building and leading marketing efforts for Annamrita. MARKETING STRATEGY - Develop &amp; implement integrated marketing strategies for Annamrita, in alignment with the strategic vision of the organisation - Identify all target stakeholders and create tailored strategies to build awareness and enable a call to action - Become content strategist for all marketing collaterals, including newsletters, PPTs, emailers - Build the digital presence of Annamrita across all relevant platforms with a target of 2 million followers - Develop metrics to help measure the success of marketing efforts - Report to the Central Trustees on a quarterly basis activities completed and outcomes achieved BRAND MANAGEMENT:&nbsp; - Ensure and enhance articulation of organization's desired brand image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the organization - Help make sure that the organization's philosophy, mission and vision are pertinent and practiced throughout the organization transmitting the organization's values, vision and direction. - Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all organization publications - Coordinate the appearance of organization print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc. - Ensure increase in website traffic by 50% MANAGE MARKETING CAMPAIGNS:&nbsp; - Plan and manage cause-based marketing campaigns to help enable fundraising - Plan promotional materials, email blasts and other marketing materials for increased visibility - Plan strategies that expand the target audience through community relations, speaking engagements, newsletters and charitable events - Devise mechanisms to measure the success of marketing campaigns both online and offline PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGEMENT:&nbsp; - Serve as the primary contact for all media inquiries and selectively coordinate interviews with key publications - Grow Annamrita's database of industry-specific and international media contacts - Track coverage of press releases and other publications written by/about Annamrita and generate board reports of coverage - Nominate the company and members of the management team for relevant awards and speaking events Candidate Requirement : - Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred. - Minimum 12+ years work experience in designing and executing marketing, communications and branding strategies - Strong creative, strategic, analytical and organisational skills - Demonstrated successful experience in content creation, writing press releases, making presentations and negotiating with the media - Broad understanding of development issues and challenges with demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership on relevant issues - Should have made significant contributions in his/her area of specialization Compensation Structure : The compensation philosophy will be consistent with the nature of the job and the sector.
