Piramal Group - Manager - Learning & Development (1-5 yrs)

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible to own and drive the agenda of leadership capability building within the Group. This would include the end to end management of the Leadership Academy from planning till the successful execution of the various Academy offerings, in partnership with internal stakeholders and external knowledge partners. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the Academy governance process including convening the Academy Council as per the defined frequency, facilitating the Academy chartering process and related governance

- Facilitating the learning need identification process and providing necessary inputs to the Academy Council during the chartering and review processes

- Defining and executing the annual plan for the Academy as per the Academy Charter

- Designing the curriculum and publishing the annual/half-yearly calendar

- Managing program delivery in partnership with internal/external SMEs

- Designing and delivering learning content independently where required

- Executing the Piramal Leadership Series flagship programs and other Leadership Academy programs as per the annual calendar

- Designing and driving the Leaders as Teachers initiative within the Group

- Quality assurance of the various programs offered by the Academy

- Interacting with business leaders and other key stakeholders on a regular basis to obtain and sustain continued sponsorship

- Managing relationships and ongoing contract management with academia and external knowledge partners

- Managing the marketing and communication of the Academy and its offerings to learners

- Managing the allocated financial and other resources effectively

- Ensuring administration of all programs online via the Piramal Learning University Virtual Campus

- Regular reporting against the defined metrics

- Identify best practices in world-class learning organizations and implement those that will add value in the Piramal context

- Contributing to the overall effectiveness and success of the Piramal Learning University

- Ad-hoc responsibilities within the L&OD team
