Job Overview :

- To ensure that the Project team delivers as per the KPIs

- To ensure efficient operations and management during project execution.

- Compliance to Quality, safety and Regulatory requirements.

- Control Project costs and ensure they remain with reasonable variance of sanctioned budget.

- To ensure departmental discipline and create atmosphere of congeniality, of equal opportunity, unbiased decisions and openness.

- To ensure projects are completed as per plan.

- To upgrade plant facilities/equipments & utilities for cost efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and drive the team to successful completion of the projects.

- Execution of projects in field of Operations optimization, Recovery optimization, Quality, Warehouse, Utilities, for site within committed timelines.

- Ensure that the Project team maintains strong technical expertise in Engineering, Maintenance, Equipment

- Reliability, Asset Optimization, Utility Operations, Equipment Design and Project Management.

- Meet the voice of customer and business.

- Meet the timelines and complete the projects in given budgets consistently.

- Identify areas of improvement via Global bench marking.

- Communicate across the region, foster exchange in information and best practices as per cGMP.

- Comply with various regulatory requirements pertaining to engineering activities.

- Developing systems and processes for high performance delivery.

- Providing a good working atmosphere to nurture & retain talent.

- Optimize Operating expenses by Energy and Cost saving initiatives.
