- Lead the development of innovative OD and learning and development projects, programmes and initiatives for the development of the Organization's culture and values, management of change, employee engagement and wellbeing, leadership capability and all employee development related initiatives.

- Evolve and change manage the current performance management framework and routines

- Lead the evolution of current framework, routines and governance mechanisms

- Be consultant to business units in developing and institutionalizing their performance management strategy (KRA setting, Review, feedback mechanisms, etc)

- Govern the institutionalization organizational performance management routines and performance assessment and evaluation cycle

- Conceptualize and change manage 'Career Pathing' framework for a high speed, agile organization:

- Lead the evolution of framework, routines and governance mechanisms

- Be consultant to business units in developing individual career paths

- Lead the evolution of framework, routines and governance mechanisms for high potential identification, development and retention

- Institutionalize technology-centric solutions for Performance Management

- Lead design and implementation of tech platform for Performance Management and Career Paths

- Conceptualize and change manage a tech-oriented approach to performance management

- Benchmark salary standards and manage restructuring of salary bands

- Develop tool to assess organization's pay structure w.r.t. market standards

- Design compensation structure for 8 bands across 6 Business lines

- Govern compensation trends and establish compensation survey

- Redefine Job levels and set-up governance system based on pay parity

- Set-up system for analyzing compensation data to map employee levels at all bands

- Manage changing nature and structure of JD as organization's requirement evolves

- Create system for updating salary scales

Structure benefit program for high scale developmental organization

- Define direct and indirect employee benefit programs

- Monitor government regulations, legislation, and benefits trends

- Design assessment of employees' needs by means of different elevation methods and techniques
