Program Leader - Leadership Development

Program Management :

- Anchor leadership development initiative for public healthcare leaders- will be responsible for strategising, annual planning and robust implementation at scale

People Development :

- Build a strong team of purpose driven individuals

- Develop team capacity to achieve program results, set up processes to train them on facilitation, coaching, content development

- Lead interventions to create organizational safe spaces for listening, shared meaning-making and collaborative action, strengthen employee engagement and communication

Institution Building :

- Drive product development planning and contextualisation of leadership competency frameworks to develop Intellectual Property (iP) and institutional assets

- Contribute to the development and improvement of other capacity building programmes such as workshops and resources when related to organisational and leadership development

Partnerships :

- Collaborate with State Head and partner with Govt. Department to design and execute leadership program

- Build and manage partnerships for gender inclusive program and content development

- Onboard partners to develop innovative tools/frameworks/systems/ technology
