About the Company:

Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited (PCHFL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Piramal Enterprises Limited (the flagship company of Piramal Group), is registered as a housing finance company with National Housing Bank (NHB) and engaged in various financial services businesses. It provides both wholesale and retail funding opportunities across sectors. In real estate, the platform provides housing finance and other financing solutions across the entire capital stack such as structured debt, construction finance, flexi lease rental discounting etc. The wholesale business in non-real estate sector includes separate verticals- Corporate Finance (CFG) and Emerging Corporate Lending (ECL). CFG provides customized funding solutions to companies across sectors such as infrastructure, renewable energy, roads, industrials, auto components etc. while ECL focuses on lending towards, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).-

Key Roles / Responsibilities:

Responsible for gamut of employee life cycle activities as listed below but not limited to

- Onboarding and orientation: Responsible for joining formalities for new hires.

- Personnel e-files management: Maintain and keep the employee e-files up-to date. Develop strategy to manage active/inactive files etc.

- Leave and attendance management: Govern leave and attendance of both employee and contractors as per company policy. Responsible for leave reconciliation and liaise with finance for actuarial evaluation.

- Contractor/External consultant management.

- Administration of monthly probation, appraisals, new-role confirmations.

- Letters: Responsible for administration of HR letter.

- BGV & ex-employment verification.

- SOPs: Periodically evaluate the current practices, suggest areas of improvement, and update standard operating procedures.

- HR Policies: Assists management with HR policies and benchmark where required and execute the same.

- HRIS: Take full ownership to maintain the HR data base on HRIS, keep it current and leverage its functionalities to provide better services, and automate cyclical tasks and bring about effectiveness in HR processes. Should have experience in handling volumes.

- Automation: Identify are as for automating tasks and work closely with the assigned spoc.

Skills & Competencies:

- Expertise at MS Office, especially MS Excel and experience in handling HR systems as an administrator.

- Good verbal & written communication skills.

- Meticulous attention to detail.
