Job Description
- Underwriting and evaluation of real estate investment opportunities
- Developing financial models so as to enable the Investment team to assess the investment opportunities
- Collating and evaluating industry comparable, market intelligence, key demand factors in a macro /micro market analysis
- Preparing and review of a financial model, Investment Committee presentations & notes, deviation notes etc. (Must be good in Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
- Coordinating and liaise for complying pre-disbursement and post documentation conditions
- Post disbursement- MIS collation, comparing actual Vs business plans, NOC monitoring and highlighting the deviations from covenants.
CA/ MBA (Tier I/II Institutes)
