Purpose / Key roles and responsibilities :
- To assist the senior team members in deal execution and monitoring.
- Assist in the analysis/due diligence effort for new deals.
- Prepare IC notes, financial models and presentation materials.
- Co-ordinate post IC documentation and disbursement processes with internal legal/finance teams.
Key stakeholders :
External :
- CFO/CEOs of target clients
- Intermediaries-investment banks, wealth managers, Chartered Accountants
Internal :
- Partner Functions- Legal, Finance, Compliance, Asset Management & Secretarial, Risk
Essential Qualifications :
- CA/MBA from a Tier I Institute
Essential Experience :
- 1 - 6 years in a credit role in an SME division of a bank/NBFC and credit rating agencies.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of various lending products and ability to structure transactions to clients- requirements
- Strong hold on financial & credit principles
- Excellent Negotiation, interpersonal & presentation skills
Action :
- Ability to be a self-starter and think strategically to independently drive business origination in the assigned market
Care :
- Maintain healthy relationships with market intermediaries and internal stakeholders to achieve business goals.
