Piramal - Compliance Manager - Retail Lending

Job Repsonsibilities :

- Should have sound knowledge and understanding of Retail Lending Business and provide Compliance advisory to Retail Lending Business

- Thorough knowledge on various Retail Lending Products to support Retail Lending Business

- Understanding of Regulatory requirements / stipulations pertaining to Retail Lending and to provide advisory to Retail Lending Business pertaining to regulatory stipulations/perspective

- Review of Retail Lending Products/Policies/Product Notes/Processes/Documents

- Coordinating with Retail Lending Team for development, Execution and monitoring of Retail Lending Business

- Coordinating with Retail Lending Team for all the necessary data/information/documents as required by Regulators/Board/Senior Management

- Coordinating with Regulators for all matters related to Retail Lending Business

- Coordinating with all External and internal stakeholders for all matters related to Retail Lending Business

- Ensuring Compliance by Retail Lending Team for all applicable regulatory circulars/obligations

- Ensuring compliance to all regulatory obligations pertaining to Retail Lending

- Supporting Chief Compliance Office and Senior Management of Compliance on matters related to Retail Lending Business

- Coordinating for submission of regulatory reports/information with Regulators

- Conducting due diligence (AML checks & risk categorization) on the borrower, its beneficial owners, guarantors and other parties to the transaction

- Compilation of compliance findings/ audit findings and follow up for audit observations pertaining to Retail Lending Business for closure

- Tracking implementation progress of action plans of remediation actions/ process improvement/ potential issues in the processes.

- Coordinating with the departments for the regulatory inspection and also for the information required by Regulator

- Coordinating with Business for drafting of responses for regulatory Inspection reports

- Ensuring compliance with various reporting requirements within stipulated time frame which include regulatory as well as other data requirements
