Essential Qualifications :
- CA/ MBA (Tier I / II Institutes)
Essential Skills & Experience :
- 3-7 years (preferably in any HFCs, NBFCs, Banks - real estate vertical, Consulting firms - Real Estate Segment) with exposure to real estate investments

Key Roles/Responsibilities :
- Underwriting and evaluation of real estate investment opportunities
- Developing financial models so as to enable the Investment team to assess the investment opportunities
- Collating and evaluating industry comparable, market intelligence, key demand factors in macro /micro market analysis
- Preparing and review of financial model, Investment Committee presentations & notes, deviation notes etc. (Must be good in Excel, Power point and Word)
- Coordinating and liaise for complying pre-disbursement and post documentation conditions
- Post disbursement- MIS collation, comparing actual Vs business plans, NOC monitoring and highlighting the deviations from covenants.
