Role: Analyst (Piramal Realty) Purpose of Job: Independently work and communicate on macro /micro analysis to support the theme identified by effectively modeling the commercials into the business model / plan. Essential Qualifications: CA/CFA/MBA; to be extremely good at excel templates and business modelling; added advantage if well versed with Presentations. Essential Experience: 1 - 6 years of experience in a similar role as an Analyst or in the Research domain or Banks/ NBFC or PE/ RE Fund. Key Responsibilities: 1. Providing backup data, analysis, industry comparable, market intelligence to assist in deal origination, sourcing and negotiation, including macro /micro analysis to identify investment themes 2. Developing financial models (using macros, as required) for assessing the financial viability of an business opportunity. The model should be built to factor in all key assumptions emanating from the financial and commercial due diligence and is flexible enough to factor in various scenarios and sensitivity. 3. Work with the team in preparing internal documentation to seek approvals 4. Obtain regular MIS; analyze actual performance and re-forecast data and compare with plan, with reasons for variance
