Senior Merchandising Manager


- Ideating, designing and confirming new collections for all channels based on trend forecasts, market research, customer feedback

- Working with Procurement team to execute new collection samples and on-time production

- Creating targets for cost price (CP) and MRPs on SKU level

- Ensuring Average Selling Price and Average Cost Price are being met across collections

- Creating Sell Through Rate (STR) Benchmarks on SKU level and ensuring STR are being met as per benchmark for all sale channels

- Evaluating and Estimating Restock Quantities for all sale channels

- Evaluating Pricing and promotions for discounts for all channels

- Creating Liquidation stock plan on regular basis for all channels

- Ensuring SKU Count, Category Weight-age remains constant on all channels

- Creating and maintaining OTBs and reporting to Creative Director on the same

- Working with Cataloging Team on photoshoots

- Managing team of Junior Merchandiser + Procurement Head, and reporting to Creative Director on all points


- Ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of Fashion Designing /Merchandising / Retail / Sourcing with Interest in Accessories (Fashion jewelry) Category.

- Candidate should have in-depth understanding of Merchandising metrics and concepts, such as sell through rates, OTB, etc

- Travel Domestic / International for Product Development & Sourcing

- Experience with Advanced Excel, PPT. Photoshop and Coreldraw experience is a plus

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce

- Ability to take on stretch assignments and deliver under pressure.

- Must be a good team player

- Must demonstrate a passion for personal growth

- Must demonstrate persistence & determination to complete tasks

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
