Investment banking associate focused on US-based special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) for PINC's US partner. Job Description: 1. Analyze M&A transactions with US-listed SPACs. Produce weekly reports for publication. 2. Analyze IPOs and deal announcements across multiple sectors 3. Participate in Buy-side equity analysis for US SPACs (principal investment activities ranging from market analysis, valuation opinions and transaction structuring) Eligibility: - Prior experience/deep understanding of equity markets - MBA from a premier Business School - Strong written and verbal communication skills Other comments: 1. Associates will spend a week every year in the US on training and special assignments 2. Compensation is 15 lacs p.a. with potential for regular increases 3. Understanding of US accounting standards and SEC regulations is not a prior requirement 4. Role is 80/20 mix of research and buy-side. 5. No travel required. Can work remotely.
