We are looking to hire a resource for our Wealth & Asset Management division who could champion our efforts in building our product arm and help us on-board and manage various investment products across Mutual Funds / PMS/ AIF's, Insurance, NCDs, LRS and other products in the wealth & asset space.

Scope of Role:

1- Create and Implement a Strategy to effectively manage the Product life cycle in the market for PINC Wealth

2-Responsible to manage and be updated on all the products in the Wealth & Asset Space of the business.

3- Develop business cases for new products or product enhancements"

4- To analyse and data mine, to generate relevant reports and outputs which impact business decisions

5- To manage the relationship and tie ups with external fund houses which are product manufacturers

6- Monitor sales and profitability against targets and adjust approach when necessary

Portfolio analysis for existing & prospective clients

7- Provide regular product training to respective stakeholders across the organization

8-Development of long term plans to grow asset book, including enhancing the advisor experience, adding new mandates, product innovation and operational improvements

9-Ensure that product management function is audit-ready at all times

10- Ensure that the platform remains competitive yet streamlined; that the products are meeting client investment needs and are relevant in the current market place

Knowledge & Skills Required:

- Post graduate with relevant work experience in managing Products.

- Need to have an understanding of Investment products in the Wealth and Asset space.

- To have analytical skills to work on large data and derive meaningful insights/evaluate various product ideas quickly

- Excellent Inter personal skills and ability to work across departments and ability to drive results

- To have an eye for details, meticulous and be creative.

- To comply with internal compliances & satisfactorily complete internal as well as external audit requirements

- Need to have good communication skills, be very approachable and should have the ability to maintain good rapport with all stakeholders.

- To follow best practices of industry, code of conducts and satisfy all regulatory requirements needed from time to time."
