Manager / Sr. Manager / Vice President - Corporate Client Coverage

1. Deal Origination, structuring, negotiation & execution of transactions across debt financing and venture capital financing.

2. Network and established relationships with potential lenders including but not limited to Banks, (Private & PSU), NBFC, Credit Funds, VC funds.

3. Acting as a primary relationship interface with corporates & vendors for all equity, debt, corporate finance & structured financial products.

4. Build and maintain Independent & extensive engagement with senior most levels of clients and key decision makers, including Promotors/CEOs/CXOs etc.

5. Strong awareness of market trends and underwriting appetite in order to originate the right kind of transactions

6. Manage revenue driven performance evaluation matrix
