Pinkvilla - Strategy & Special Project Role - CEO's Office (3-10 yrs)

Pinkvilla Media is looking for a talented resource to handle Strategy & Special Projects for the CEO's office. This role requires you to Work with C-level executives and department heads to develop strategies, and execute on cross-functional strategic projects that drive growth and transformation across the Company.

You will play an important role in supporting the senior leadership team in delivering on their broader goals and work closely across multiple functions. You will have a front-row seat to experience how a high-growth organisation works internally and will be given the opportunity to lead and deliver on high impact cross functional projects

What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities) :

- Develop overall strategy of the Company, as well as strategies of different business lines and functions

- Execute on projects with strategic importance (e.g. incubating new products, transforming existing businesses), responsible for project management and coordination across business lines, functions and external parties

- Keep track of media and technology news and trends in India, Asia and the world, and produce relevant intelligence reports for the Company

- Structure and conduct data analysis and primary research to uncover insights, identify issues and areas of improvement for different business lines

- Support the CEO's Office in overseeing the tracking and monitoring of projects, action items, and strategies that stem from the CEO and senior management team

- Identify internal opportunities for process and continuous improvement

- Own and drive to completion key initiatives & projects across functions/verticals as needed by the CEO

- Work with the CEO to identify the initiatives / tasks of strategic importance and operational improvement that need to be pursued

- Conduct discussions with CXOs / Senior Executives and come up with specific insights and actions plans needed to drive business improvements

- Support decisions making with fact-based data analysis, discussions with senior management to enable timely decisions.

- Based on analysis of existing or new businesses, draw insights for the CEO on key opportunities / areas to focus on

- Working on new business set up or process improvement initiatives as per requirement from time to time

- Take ownership of analysis of periodic (weekly & monthly) reporting activities and other top management reviews

Who could you be? Background and Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in consulting firms, the strategy/ business development/ innovation/ operational teams within large corporations or start-ups

- Track record of effectively and confidently interacting with senior executives

- Ability to work independently as well as cross-functionally with other teams

- Attentive to details and organized without losing the ability to think analytically and conceptually

- Self-starter with a drive for impact, is a fast learner and have good business acumen

- Passion for the media industry
