About the job: The Pinkvilla team is looking for a talented, smart, experienced and driven Community Manager for driving awareness and engagement of one of our Community products. Working closely with the Product Management team, you will contribute to the overall community strategy, and drive integration of the platform across various customer touch points. You will help drive alignment on branding and messaging for our community platform to drive visibility and engagement. About PinkVilla: Pinkvilla is one of the largest digital websites in entertainment, lifestyle and fashion categories with 29.82 million unique audiences and 10.5 million social media followers. An Ideal Candidate will be able to: - Lead the vision and strategy for developing a thriving community at Pinkvilla - Come up with an executable roadmap to execute the company's goals - Curate a strong content strategy to generate higher engagement and retention - Actively identify and onboard creators for our community - Act as the POC for all creators on the platform. Keep them engaged and come up with an executable strategy for long term retention of creators - Identify and amplify high-quality user generated content with potential - Collaborate and partner with platforms, organisations, influencers and celebrities to scale up the community - Detail oriented and deadline driven - Experience with data, measurement, and analyses in order to draw insights from dashboards, report on them, and derive recommendations - A team player who is accountable, proactive, can work under high pressure and solution-oriented in a fast paced environment.
