At Pine Labs we are building a marketing team that can transform the way merchants and consumers perceive us, launching and scaling up innovative solutions for Indian retail. We are looking for a passionate, strategic, and customer-obsessed marketer to join our product marketing team to handle customer acquisition via digital &amp; non-digital routes, merchant engagement/ activation, and cross-sell for key business verticals in our portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Pine Labs- roadmap through competitive insights, product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and execution for a few of our key products in the fintech space. Responsibilities : - Work with a cross-functional team of marketers, product managers, salespeople to build and launch products - from initial market validation, positioning &amp; messaging, to go-to-market strategy and launch execution. - Work with the sales team for conversion of leads generated via marketing channels. - Own user and product insights for Pine Labs and competition: Go deep on understanding the overall market and how users engage across our B2B &amp; B2C products. Build data-driven, actionable insights that form product strategy. - Drive merchant engagement right from the stage of acquisition to activation and cross-sell. - Identify the right agency partners and work with them &amp; the in-house design team to get best-in-class communication rolled out. This will include launch and sustenance communication, sales materials, presentations, blog posts, and social media. Qualification : - MBA in marketing. - 6-8 years of B2C marketing experience. - Background in fintech or related startups is a plus. Desired experience &amp; skills : - Proven track record of developing, executing, and scaling high impact, multi-channel go-to-market execution. - Experience in brand/product launches. - Closely partnered with sales teams for customer acquisition. - Ability to front-end marketing in cross-functional teams. - Experience initiating and using market research &amp; insights to develop marketing strategies. - Launch of new products from conceptualization to go to market. - Experienced in customer lifecycle management. - Ability to work autonomously, focusing on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines.
