About EMI Product Growth Team:

Paylater Product Growth Team is entrusted with owning and driving the growth agenda for the Paylater business within Pine Labs. This team has an enterprise wide vision and works cross functionally with different functions (OEM alliances team, Issuer alliances team, merchant activation and engagement team, technology and operations teams) to plan and execute strategic growth initiatives.

Position: Program/Product Manager - Growth & Analytics, Experience 5-8 years

Key Role/ Responsibilities

1. Execution of key product growth initiatives from pilot to full scale rollouts

2. Analyze critical growth metrics, processes and work cross functionally to drive metrics impact aligned with business growth objectives for Paylater.

3. Build critical product features and manage integrations with ecosystem partners fin-techs, technology companies and 3rd party websites.

Must Have Skills:

1. 2+ years of experience as a product/program manager in a fast growing setup preferred in fintech/ enterprise SAAS/Banking.

2. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to effectively monitor and manage multiple workstreams.

3. Strong communication skills that can tailor content and concepts based on audience (internal stakeholders and with external customers).
