Pine Labs - Product Marketing Role (8-10 yrs)

Responsibilities -

- Work with a cross-functional team of marketers, product managers, salespeople to build and launch products - from initial market validation, positioning & messaging, to go-to-market strategy and launch execution

- Work with sales team for conversion of leads generated via marketing channels

- Own user and product insights for Pine Labs and competition: Go deep on understanding the overall market and how users engage across our B2B products. Build data-driven, actionable insights that form product strategy

- Drive merchant engagement right from the stage of acquisition to activation and cross-sell

- Work with in-house design team to get sales materials, including presentations, blog posts, and social media posts designed and rolled out

- Innovate on our go-to-market approach, for example:

- Partner with digital marketing team to test new channels to increase engagement and drive merchant acquisition

- Develop sales enablement strategies including training and customer assets

- Identify and prioritize new areas of opportunity to amplify member and customer engagement

Qualification

- BE/B-tech degree, MBA in marketing would be preferred

- 8+ years of relevant requisite experience

- Product Management/Marketing in a B2B or a B2C company of repute

- Background in fintech or related industries is a plus

Desired experience & skills:

- Proven track record of developing, executing and scaling high impact, multi-channel go-to-market efforts for B2B solutions

- Closely partnered with Sales teams for customer acquisition

- Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams

- Experience using market research to inform product development strategies

- Launch of new products from conceptualization to go to market.

- Experienced in lifecycle marketing strategy and execution

- Ability to work autonomously, focusing on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines
