Hiring for Business/Tech Product Manager (Lending team)

Job summary : You are expected to define the lending product roadmap and drive the economics, growth, go-to- market and digital acquisition and fulfilment of the loan product

Key Role/ Responsibilities & Competencies :

1. Define and Drive roadmap for merchant loans - specifically in CD, trade credit, channel finance domain Product thinking, Problem solving, Strategic Orientation

2. Collaborate with the tech product team and technology team to develop the product, and with Sales to drive go-to-market & growth Tech Understanding, Hustle, Collaboration Skills

3. Work with the brands and financial institutions to build a commercial and business structure that is a win-win for all Commercial skills, negotiation skills and domain expertise

4. Track & enhance engagement of merchants with Pine Labs ecosystem Analytical Ability, Business Understanding, Marketing

We are looking for :

1. Good exp. of building & growing merchant lending portfolios specifically in CD, trade credit and channel finance

2. Have worked in a business product management role in a bank, NBFC, fintech in the MSME domain

3. Atleast 7- 10 years of work experience in retail/ SME lending

4. Strong domain knowledge of the process and economics of a CD, trade credit and/or channel finance business

5. Experience of working in a digital lending ecosystem and knowledge of digital lending flows and methodologies
