Pine Labs - Copywriter

At Pine Labs, we are building a marketing team that can transform the way merchants and consumers perceive us and content will play a critical role in this journey. We are looking for a Copywriter to craft innovative, customer-focused brand communication which is consistent across all touchpoints. You will collaborate with designers, product brand managers, the creative head, and cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and oversee projects through execution. You have an opportunity to build massive digital-first fintech brands that disrupt the current landscape.

Reporting to: Creative Head

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Bring the brand vision and voice to life across all channels.

- Work with the Creative Head and design team to deliver business and brand briefs.

- Responsible for end-to-end delivery of the creative process.

- Fluency in understanding and interpreting creative briefs and developing initial concepts.

- Work with project managers to plan projects for effective, timely delivery while maintaining high standards for the brand.

- Present work to stakeholders.

- Communicate a point of view on copywriting trends and actively bring those references and trends to the team.

- Build and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to ensure that the work is cohesive and pushes the brand forward.

- Work with external agencies as and when required, giving creative direction and owning the final output.

WHAT YOU BRING :

- 5+ years of experience as a marketing/advertising copywriter.

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing/Advertising, Journalism, creative writing, or related field.

- Online portfolio featuring dynamic campaigns in digital and offline mediums.

- Ability to work autonomously to deliver on-brand, on-brief copy with little oversight.

- Impeccable writing craft with the creative range to bring alive various tones of voice.

- Proven ability for quick creative thinking.

- A strong understanding of marketing and content channels and ability to adapt writing to fit the needs of the audience.

- Great taste, instincts, and knowledge of brand trends.

- Customer-focused thinking.

- Natural communicator, both verbal and written.
