Job Description:

Managing a team of Sales support Managers, who will be responsible for:

- Appointment & Induction of Distributors across the country through a team of Sales Support managers.

- Ensuring availability of Back up Distributor.

- Work with Distributor Service cell to identify and Improve on concerns raised by Distributors.

- Market Insight generation.

- Process/policy compliance

- Competition analysis.

- Training of Distributors.

- Ensuring the distributors are compliant to secondary sales automation.

Commercial policy implementation analysis :



- Work with CSMs/HO Finance on identifying improvement initiatives in closing the exceptions and gaps in commercial policies with respect to Distributors.

Distributor Training :

- Work with Divisions NSMs/Presidents on the Distributor training calendar and ensure they are implemented on ground by CSM's.

- List down improvement initiatives / suggestions collective/identified in the Training program along with execution of these initiatives.

Control Distributor Attrition :

- Review Distributor Attrition on a monthly basis and identify any improvement opportunities in appointment process and/or prevent undesired attrition.

Insight Generation and Execution :

Work with division leadership team for timely execution of Insights generated by Sales Consultants through Suggestion box framework.

Candidate Profile :

- The candidate should have relevant experience in sales and distribution, Sales Operation, minimum 8 years

- Has done a supervisory role for a minimum of 4 years and corporate role in sales and distribution would be preferable.

- Should have good understanding of Distribution management.
