- Build a robust data bank of WSS across towns, by working closely with the sales team and connecting with channel partners of different organizations - Identify distribution gaps in towns/cities and bridging the same by supporting Divisions in appointing the right channel partner. - Predict channel partner churn and proactively providing a list of probable WSS to the Sales team as a Potential WSS as per WSS appointment process - Execute the appointment processes as per the WSS appointment workflow - Ensure seamless full and final settlement process for the outgoing partner and onboarding process for the new channel partner - Drive compliance / escalate exceptions to ZSM/DDM and chronic exceptions to NSM/PSM - Audit WSS compliance with respect to (a) SASH, (b) WSS automation (c) competition, (d) WSS Portal usage (e) infrastructure of the WSS. - To Provide Market insights on dealer satisfaction and competition mapping w.r.t scheme communication, ways of working, product etc - Create an annual Training calendar for WSS in consultation with ZSMs. - Training and reviewing the onboarding of all New WSS - To seek Feedback (Voice of the customer) from WSS on PIL ways of working, Policies and processes Candidate Profile - Candidates with 2 -3 years of experience in handling sales
