Job Responsibilities : This position will focus on 4 key areas: a) Dealer Experience Management b) Retail Channel Expansion c) Improve Direct coverage - Go to Market strategy (TSR) for Small Dealers d) New Initiatives The incumbent would be responsible for the following :&nbsp; 1. Identify and execute Key interventions in the Dealer Life-cycle from Onboarding, Incubation and engagement to maximize Sales value from the Dealer. 2. Manage and constantly review Milestones and timely execution of Key Initiatives impacting Dealer experience. 3. Drive Digital Immersion for Dealers - This includes co-creating new automation avenues for Dealer Connect and pursuing digital adoption by Pidilite dealers. 4. Identify and pursue means to increase Lifetime Value generated by a Pidilite dealer. 5. Lead the Periphery Market Expansion initiative - This will include identifying potential markets, prospecting, onboarding and handover to Sales team. 6. Go to Market (TSR) - The objective is to improve direct coverage of outlets to optimize market servicing. The focus will be on right placement and resourcing. 7. Continuous Improvement - Working in Continuous Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure prioritization of the Key Initiatives being driven by the team SPECIFIC CANDIDATE PROFILE (Key competence / attributes needed for the role) : - People management : Proven experience in leading, managing and developing teams, able to influence people of all levels - Proven project management skills and should have experience in managing multiple projects while communicating with the internal &amp; external stakeholders. - Strong Analytical, Collaborative &amp; organizational skills - High degree of ownership and executions skills in past assignments - Adaptability - Ability to prioritize Change requirements in an ever-evolving, fast-paced organization and multiple divisions within organizations - Looking for candidates with 10+ years- work experience with strong education background - with experience in building up the sales and distribution channel from the scratch - The background can be from FMCG/Telecom sector/ any start up with insurance background/ or any sector where he/ she has built up the distribution channel at the area level/ region level/ zonal level on Pan India basis.
