1. Divisional PnL and Working Capital Management 2. Support the Division Leadership in the Budget and Forecast process 3. Responsible to ensure Gross Margin Delivery with the support of the Corporate Team by ensuring the delivery of the Margin initiatives. 4. Responsible for Pricing &amp; Schemes : a. Ensure spends are within Budget and as per the Approved mechanics b. Settlement to Trade is happening on time. 5. BTL Cost management: To ensure budget control 6. Division's expense Management : covers Travel and Other Direct expenses (excluding manpower cost) 7. Working Capital Management : a. Responsible for the Receivables Management end ensuring minimum doubtful debt b. Responsible to ensure that Supply Team is taking action to reduce aged stock write-off 8. Ensure that all major Finance initiatives are being driven in the Division. 9. Handle the Audit for the division and ensure that all process-related changes are implemented Candidate Profile : - Chartered Accountant candidates with 4 to 6 years of experience in Finance Business Partner role.
