Pidilite - Demand Planner

Responsibilities -

I. To provide 3 month's demand outlook to Purchase, Operations, & SCM teams for RM/PM procurement, Production Capacity/SOB alignment & Norm-Network management respectively.

II. To ensure FG Inventories are controlled as per budgets and to ensure liquidation plans are rolled out. To provide analytical support to division to control inventory obsolescence by identifying root causes and act as a SPOC between Division and other functions (SCM, Finance).

III. To ensure new product launch plan (Quantity & Date) adherence by ensuring supply chain readiness & inventory management. Also enable the transition of the successful new products to TOC based replenishment system.
