Job Description :

- Responsible for overall Branch Sales Value Achievement &volume for Regular / Volume Building products

- Execution of Identified Major and Key Initiatives in the areas of Distribution Expansion, WSS Management and Sales Operation

- Norm based depot audit to Identify stock & plan liquidation:

- Collection of receivables.

Communicate & execute all commercial policies to WSS :

- Balance confirmations

- PDC

- C- forms

- Cheque Bounce / Blacklisting

- FFS

- Claim Management/Goods return.

- Dealer Management

- Collection and Updation of Competitive data/market intelligence, MS/potential mapping for key products

- Identify markets where Market development work is to be carried out and ensuring dealer involvement and merchandising

Implementation of Market development Work through TSI's as per Work plan

SPECIFIC CANDIDATE PROFILE :

- Candidate must have a Post Graduate Degree in Management

- 3 - 10 years- experience in Sales in FMCG / Stationary / Consumer Durable organization

- Job Stability is mandatory
